Wind is forecast for tomorrow. We are on Saaremaar Island off the coast of Estonia. Got here driving over on ice road four miles to the island. The race course is a bay of the Baltic on recently frozen salt ice, glassy smooth, near the town of Kuressaare. Robert Graczyk, P31, the current leader.
