Title: Fat Lady Has Sung on Green Lake, WI Post by: juliejsail on March 08, 2012, 02:03:31 PM Weird winter...let's hope next is far better...Green Lake was slow to get ice causing deep stretches of shove ice, seams in places we've never had them, areas that never completely froze over, wet heavy snow...Open water at launches, now...surface disintegrating fast..We're still planning a summer Ice Opti building event...Stay tuned for info...Keep the Spirit Alive... Spread the word about our sport and bring in some newbies & kids this year....
