Title: Green Lake ice conditions Feb.25, 2014 report Post by: juliejsail on February 25, 2014, 04:01:15 PM Members of the Green Lake Ice Yacht Club sailed on a limited area in the center of the lake off of the Green Lake Conference Center this past weekend. It was marginal...rough ice with frozen snow. Nites and Sternsteers managed to sail in 18 -25 mph winds, but not recommended for the smaller boats yet. Not expecting much change in conditions for the coming weekend due to continued cold temps. Watch for coming updates on Western Region hotline 608-313-5156.
