Boat owners who have advertised that they will be at the Skeeter IBC swap meet already have interested buyers. This event is the place to begin getting serious about being on the ice this winter. See you there. DN 805 Title: 2015 Skeeter IBC Swap Meet Outstanding Post by: DN 805 on November 08, 2015, 07:24:36 PM A crowd of iceboating enthusiasts, new and old, attended the 30th annual Skeeter IBC swap meet. Boats were rigged shortly after dawn and business was done by noon. All sorts of equipment changed hands on a gorgeous November day. Nites, DNs, and Skeeters found new homes today. The Club extends it's appreciation to Lucke's Cantina in Williams Bay for allowing us to use their location as swap headquarters. And thanks to those who contributed to the raffle: Mike Peters, Pete Barrett, Green Lake IYC, Ron Sherry from Composite Concepts, John Ritter from S & R Marine, Bald Eagle Iceboaters (their award winning maple syrup is magnificent), Don Sanford with his new book about Madison lakes, Jane and Susie Pegel.
