A great big thank you to everyone who worked to put it together. I only wish that the breeze would have cooperated on Sunday morning. The smoked phesant and cheese at noon on Sunday while standing on the boundary line between Wisconsin and Minnesota was a nice touch.

IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!!!! Thanks everyone for coming to one of my favorite places, Pepin Wi. After the awards on Sunday, I logged another 104 miles on my gps w/ a top speed of 53.7 mph. we had about 8-9 of us that stayed and sailed until sunset. w/ a bunch of scrub races. I sailed 75 miles on saturday. I had a blast. met a lot of great new folks, got to know others better. The local folks in Pepin treated us well. It looked like most of us took my recomdation and ate at my Favorite resteraunt The Harbor View Cafe' on saturday night. mmm that was so good. What an incredible weekend of racing and sailing that was. I'm still smiling, wishin it didn't have to come to an end. Looking forward to the next one. I can't wait.
