Title: DN sail battens Post by: sailboy3 on December 16, 2010, 09:37:32 PM Does anyone know the proper dimensions for wooden battens? I assume there is some sort of taper to achieve the right camber in the sail.

It has a good section on batten stiffness and spells out dimensions for differing stiffnesses. You can get this from IDNYRA for $15. Worth every penny and then some.
