Title: Lake Wawasee,Syracuse,In Post by: Rick Lemberg on December 27, 2010, 11:16:37 AM Wawasee has been sailed for the past 2 weeks,average 6" of ice ,70% light snow cover 1/2" or so .their are 4 big goose holes on the north west shore area.Ice surface is from wind ice at the east end to a grade 7 in the middle area .very sailable and even had a 1/2 mi course set up on sunday.excess is at the puplic ramp at the east end of the lake.
