50-75 % snow covered about 1.5 inch max depth of drifts. sticky. Lake is longer in N-S direction. Thin ice ( 2 in.) across (E-W) middle of lake. We sailed North part of lake out of DNR launch in NW corner. Need about 5-6 knts breeze to race. Racing area is 6+ in thick. Group will sail again tomorrow. |
