This is what -40 does to the big Bay.Pretty much locked in with fresh smooth ice.Have not had a chance to scratch it up yet as it is just too frigit.
Might be a nice back up location if you decide to hold the event at Lake Pepin.

 North end of Mille Lacs Lake is looking pretty good from the Satelite.

I am going out on the Bay tonight.I will give a report on ice.
Might be nice back up location if projected weather comes thru.

Mother load of ice on the Big Bay.Only problem is lots of snow forecasted for Tues.
