Thank you Tonka DN'ers Mike Miller and Tom Meyer for agreeing to sail the ice on Green Lake in Spicer, MN. We look forward to your Wednesday ice report.

The word on the street is that Spicer, MN has is no snow and has a very large sheet of high quality ice with one ridge to navigate to the best sailing area.

How about Green Lake WISCONSIN?

We're looking!

FWIW, Green Lake (WI) is very deep, so it generally freezes later, but there are a number of "earlier" lakes that appear to be making ice quickly.
