Canadian Championship?

Apparently was held last Weekend.Did not see any posts about it being held,did I miss something?

Yes, it was in Kingston this past weekend.  See the New England Ice yacht Association site for a report from 'T', who won.  As reported, the fleet was small, with boats from Kingston, Trenton and Rhode Island.  A couple of Nova Scotia Boats considered going, but backed away from the drive.

The notice of race was circulated to a distribution list, but was not here on the Bulletin Board.  In an earlier sidebar discussion, several of us reflected that we need to do a better job of institutionalizing and promoting the Canadian Championships in future.  Notwithstanding that concern, kudos to the Kingston fleet for making it happen.
