2009 North American Championship Preliminary Results

Here are the results after day 1 of racing.  On the first day racing was suspended, today the fleets sailed 5 races each.

Wind 4-7kts ENE wind
Cobblestone Ice was covered with a 1/4 of snow.

As it turns out, the North American Championship was finished yesterday 2/13/2009.  The results posted are the final results.  When they went to the ice today, there was no wind and it was snowing and very difficult to see the hazards.  The decision was made that the North Americans were finished.  Awards were presented at the ice.
