Troops:
Day three in Estonia after a dead air day yesterday.  8 to 10 k winds today (Wednesday) on hard, smooth ice.  Great racing!  King Karol J. Is back on top with a good lead.  Each fleet got in five races in spite of two course changes.  I had four good races in the middle of the Silver fleet and one weak sister with strong winds and too many mistakes; but a good day for me. One boat cleared oiut the scorers, but no one was seriously injured.  More tommorow unless the wind moves the plate.
