On Sat. Dec. 10, 2011 Bob Cummins left an ice report on the new Western Region Hotline 608-313-5156 that there is raceable black ice at the end of Snell Rd. one mile north of Oshkosh in South Asylum Bay. There is public parking. His 230 lbs walked it...Some fishermen..He plans to sail Sunday, Dec. 11 and host a Packer Party afterward. Call him before you come out at 920-573-1265
