Lake Simecoe ????

So..... We are getting impatient for ice and have a lot of time for creative thinking. The idea is, rent Ice Huts on Simcoe and sail. They actually have huts up there that you can cook and sleep in, like a cabin on the ice. Typically, the ice is thick enough to drive on, so we could literally unload on the lake.

All I need is ice reports to determine if they have sailable conditions....Anybody have any intel???
