Housing in Malletts Bay for NA's -trade for parts?

I have room for 2-3 on the Water in Mallets Bay for 2012 NA's. Kitchen, shop, tools, etc. Save on meals and hotel, walk to launch site, or sail from here.

I have a 60's DN, my first year. I'm trying to build a race boat, and keep the oldie for a loaner.

I need a bendy mast, early composite? (I'm 175 lbs), a light boom of any type, a full sail? Whatcha got hanging around the garage? lets talk 802 793 5601

Snowing hard now, Fri at 3, definitely going to be a tough call.
