First sail of the season today.Sooth black ice with a thin film of water on top,made for a friction less surface.Very warm temps and moderate winds made for a great day on the ice.

This is one week earlier than last couple of years.Which is a bit suprising as we have had very little cold weather.Not sure this ice will last as we have very mild weather forcasted for today and rain for tommorow.
Good news is back to normal by the weekend.
