As you are, no doubt, painfully aware, the male species is often not smart enough to get out of our own way.  We’re often completely self-absorbed attending to our own narcissistic existence to be even remotely aware of your basic needs.  (Again, we’re sure, no surprise to you).  This explains why we think it’s totally OK to invite you out on the ice to race or assist, and expect that you’ll stay all day “with your legs crossed,” not daring to take a sip of any fluid.  Please forgive our caveman behavior and try to envision as enlightened gentlemen (at least in the Western Region).  In the future, we promise to have a portable hut on the ice with necessary facilities to allow you to at least take care of “#1.” At home, we’ll still forget to put the toilet seat back down, but consider that evolution only takes place over many million years.
