The IDNIYRA Eastern Region DN Championship is scheduled for January 12-13, 2013. The race is open to DN sailors who are IDNIYRA members and have proof of insurance. Sailors must have a thorough knowledge of the racing rules of the NIA and the IDNIYRA. For updates, check the NEIYA web site at
