What is the criteria for moving up from Silver to Gold.Seems to me some guys in Silver have won the Silver Fleet event  before at a regionals (or had a top three finish)?

If the top guys from silver graduate, you're not going to have any more competition:)  I'm just starting to learn competitor sail numbers, can't have people leaving just yet.

Not wishing for people to leave,just curious as to what the protocol is.I know in the Hobie class if you win B Fleet you move up to A Fleet.
I would think It as an accomplishment to move to Gold.
