There was a request for the IDNIYRA Technical Committee (TC) to define how Specification E.2.h ("Max. width exposed below wood runner body") is measured. There was also a request to define how much tension the rigging should have when measuring Specification F.2 (Runner Cut).
The TC discussed these items and came to a majority opinion on how to measure DNs to these Specifications.
