I'm making booms from a dwindling supply of White Ash. They run about 7-8 lbs. without the hardware and are good and stiff...enough that I can easily support my weight between two sawhorses.
DN Boom
• Ash
• West System Epoxy
• Hollow in middle
• Finished with Helmsman UV
Drilled for eyestraps, you supply hardware.
