Of course that would be the "OOTA" Rule.  What, you asked your Dad and he doesn't even know what the OOTA Rule is?  Well, then, you both absolutely must attend the Ice Opti NA's Pizza Party and Training Session to find out about it. (Saturday night Dec. 8 at Host Hotel).  And they'll be lots of other critical learning to take in, such as:

-- How to look cool even when you've got helmet head
-- Why most ice sailors prefer to be odd
-- When is perfectly acceptable to wear spandex outside of a dance class

That's right.  You'll leave this fast-paced, interactive session well on your way to your ISS (Ice Sailing Savant) Certification.
