There is a very active thread going on at the Yahoo Wingboat Group.

http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/wingboats/

John Eisenlor is proposing and debating a one-design winged boat class, ice and dirt.  Among the items discussed was runner and runner sources.  Along with Sarns, Dave's Machine, Ron Sherry and Jeff Kent, the following was posted, FYI.

I would like to be added to your list of runner manufacturers. Any alloy, any profile, any size. I have a cnc machine shop. I brought some samples to the Americas Cup at Ivanpah last month. If anyone happened to be at Canyon Ferry this year I made the 440C runners for Windjet. The Rears were 60" and the front was 40". I also have made smaller runners.
