I am pleased to announce the results of the September 2008 proposals to change the specifications and by-laws of the IDNIYRA.

The theory being (for NA Members) that if you retained the top half of the ballot with your ballot ID on it you could validate the results of your vote by making sure your votes where counted correctly.
