Building a hollow plank

I've been hearing about hollow DN planks.  Anyone know where to find a plan for one?

I built one several years ago and it worked quite well for my weight about 165lbs although it was a little soft.If you are heavier might not be a stiff enough .
we had laminated skins 3/8" for top and bottom.
we used spruce strips about 11/8" wide at front and back edge with blocking for studs and over chocks. and some smaller strips diagonaly between front and backstrips. I still use the plank but have since added glass on top and bottom to get proper deflection.
Is it worth it ?? dont know dont see any real advantage since I had to stiffen with glass. just use a light weight filler in middle like spruce, cedar or basswood with hard wood top and bottom  ash,maple,birch. Deflection numbers are above in another thread, My planks go about 1 1/2" with my weight  or 1 5/8 with additional 30 lbs. Good luck building.
