The post on my shiny new Harken 75mm Carbo ratchet block is a larger diameter than the one on my old 009 3" Hexaratchet so it it won't fit in the Harken steering-post bracket, or Paul Goodwin's aluminum machined alternative.

I've seen the Carbo block mounted on the old Sarns steering posts (I think... Embarrassed), so I was hoping someone might be able to point me at a way to attach mine...

Cheers,

Just grind some material off the post of the 75 mm carbo ratchet to get it to fit whatever coupler you're using.      I've done that with several of these blocks and it works just fine.
