Last year we had a great turnout with the iceboats being one of the largest categories within the boat show. The summer display was greeted with an array of comments from "what are these"? to "I remember when...."
This was a great way to promote our sport (and the only good way I can think of in the summer when the only ice is in your drink)
Anyone interested in coming down to display an ice yacht (or ice boat) please let me know!
All are welcome to come check out the show. the "Searcher" (the RV that you see at all the major DN regattas) will be set up as a hospitality area for Ice boaters.
