This was my fathers DN1173 ice boat. He was a passionate ice boater. I am selling a complete Gougeon boat, all rigged with extras. Included are:
(1) aluminum mast; (1) wood mast; (2) booms - one with hardware, one without; (2) tiller handles - long and short version; (3) sets of runners; (2) planks; (3) sails - one brand new, never used, one storm sail and one regular sail & (1) funner sharpeneing fixture. Everything is there for this boat and then some. May be missing a few bolts or hairpins here or there. Needs a little TLC/cleaning. Hull may need to be painted but that's up to you. The runners have been sitting around for years. They have some surface rust on both the knife edge and the flat parts of the blade. So, keep in mind you are going to have to re-work them. But, I don't consider then to be junk. Asking $2,200. for the complete package. Since I am into old outboards, I would consider trades for boats and or outboard motors, 50hp and under.
