Winged Skeeter

I have seen a photo on 4lakes from the 2004 2005 season. The photo is of a Skeeter with a Wing!
The caption is "Chauncy Griggs Winged Skeeter". The question for this Forum is, Does anyone know how to get ahold of Chauncy or where he lives. I am interested in building a wing and would like to make contact.

Chauncy innovated that wing on ice. Check the yahoo group on wingboats, too. John Elsinlore(sp) is publishing plans and has an up and coming one design class.
